More and more couples in Germany decide to realise their previously unfulfilled desire of having children by means of surrogacy. The realisation of such a surrogacy abroad leads to a number of complex legal issues. We support and advise you in drafting the according contracts with the clinics or the respective agencies until you return to Germany together. We also advise on any potential subsequent domestic adoptions, or the process of recognising legal parenthood in Germany.

We also have many years of experience in providing legal advice on the adoption of stepchildren, adult adoptions (including those involving inheritance or company law) and foreign adoptions.
